Mingara Hotel Development – 4 April 2022
With the recent article circulating social media, it’s important for our members to hear first-hand the news of the Mingara hotel development.
This exciting project has been a constant part of the Mingara site masterplan for many years. After undertaking the appropriate due diligence to explore the feasibility of the project, we have partnered with a team of specialist consultants to design a hotel offering for the Mingara precinct.
A development application for the project was recently lodged with Central Coast Council.
The Mingara hotel will feature 82 rooms over 5 floors and will provide easy access to all the club facilities for guests staying there. Aesthetically, the hotel will look and feel like the recent transformation works at Mingara and will have a distinctive presence at the entrance to the club.
This development will provide much-needed quality accommodation on the Central Coast which is great for local tourism and will further position Mingara as an iconic destination. In addition, the project will provide an injection into the local economy through the provision of local jobs and supply opportunities for businesses.
It is important for our members to know we will always ensure all our members amenities are accessible and remain that way when we undertake these types of projects. This is always our priority.
