The Board is governed by all appliable law, the Club Constitution, Code of Practice and Best Practice Guidelines as published by ClubsNSW and the Board Charter.
The purpose of the Board Charter is to provide the framework to deliver best practice standards of corporate governance in the execution of the responsibilities reserved for the Board.

Mingara Leisure Group’s Constitution is a contract between our clubs and our members.
It outlines the governing rules by which our clubs must operate. It provides us with specific powers and limitations to ensure both the interest of our members is protected, and the longevity of our clubs is secure. Any amendments to the Constitution must be voted on by our members at an Annual General Meeting.
