Board of Directors

The clubs of Mingara Leisure Group are managed under the direction of our Board of Directors, in the best interests of our members as a whole.

The Board is responsible for the finance, governance and strategic direction of Mingara Leisure Group, except for matters reserved for members in the Annual General Meeting.

Mingara Leisure Group’s Board of Directors advocate and contribute to a constructive culture within the organisation and operate under a set of shared values. Together, the Board hold firm and share in our vision ‘to make a significant contribution to the quality of community life’.
